Definitely make sure to manually type in every letter when you make an entry. Auto fill makes life easy but guess what? It's a bot.

But that said, I’m sure most clients of EQL become ignorant. They have the peace of mind and the anxiety goes away just like Marq says and are always promised that their system is perfect. Win win.

At the end of the day EQL is a system built by a small team of people. There's an exponentially larger effort on the other side to get around the "fairness" that EQL claims to provide. EQL will never keep up the pace. But they're never going to say "oh yeah we got rekt on that release". The other side has way more resources and hands on deck. Now if you told me that Shopify or Ticketmaster had a reliable new system in place well then I would be more inclined to believe it. But rinky dink EQL? Yeah they're just gonna keep up appearances and keep collecting their fee.

Exactly. I’m sure it makes it much easier for Ken to hook up all his “vips” we sperry and Spusta prints while using EQL to “ lotto” the rest to normies and the dozens of people making 100 emails per entry w a lotto bot.

Nailed it. A bunch of my friends still resell sneakers and one mentioned how it's more the mindset that the companies don't have to deal with it and ppl can just blame someone else (as you can see in those comments on Twitter). You're paying so that ppl leave you alone. But yea it very much can be botted by raffle bots with virtual credit cards. Wouldn't say its fair

Shopify is currently working on something that they tested out recently that apparently stopped all bots. I think its only for the premium service though which is very expensive so not sure if it will be rolled out to others
