This is true.
I bought it awhile back, forgot I even HAD it, and then found it while organizing my stacks when I picked up that flat file. Immediately went up on the wall, replacing the Ken Taylor MANIAC I had up in my stairwell's "Red Wall" (had to lose the MANIAC, unfortunately, but that's one of Taylor's most underrated prints).

"I say we let 'im go."
"NO!!!"

I do love the Wrath Of Khan one even though I haven't seen a single ST movie except for the JJ Abrams one. I totally want the Tron Legacy one, Scott Pilgrim, the Drive one is beautiful too, but any chance that it loses value?! This is just too expensive for posters.
Here's the thing, the good ones don't lose value. Sucks, because they are expensive to buy. But on the other hand, provided you keep it in mint condition (something EB can help you with), in a couple years it could be worth more than what you paid. Not always - but it happens often enough that many people here don't have to come out of pocket to buy things anymore. They can just sell a print or trade it for what they want.

And if you haven't seen the movies that these prints are based on - get to it!
I've had many rewarding experiences watching movies that I hadn't seen until I found out there was an awesome mondo print for them. Generally speaking, Mondo (and independent artists and other boutique print houses) do a good job of promoting GOOD movies.

It's for the movie El Topo, which was a cult phenomenon in the 70s. Personally I think the movie is virtually impossible to watch, but the print is amazing.
I got through it several times while I was on mushrooms. Its also the perfect rainy sunday wake and bake flick.
