i have the same fan remote.
pay via paypal, use credit card,file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.

Picking this set up for $50 (!?!?!) this weekend. Pumped to finally have flatfiles again. Little primer and some color and these will be ready to go.

I've been looking off and on for years to find a flat file. I just closed on my new condo last week and found the PERFECT file for the new crib :) :pint:

The previous owner got it for free from Rand McNally, where he worked back in 1982. He also guessed they used it for 10-20 years prior to that. It's in original condition, and though I planned to sand/stain it, I'm pretty certain I am leaving it "As is". It's even still got the old Rand coding imprints on the front. Getting this was a treat, but the stories from the owner made it even sweeter to get this thing!

Best of all, it was only $50!!! :D :D :D
