The painting is of a King Edward bronze statue. Where is the statue located? Can't work it out. Somewhere in the US?

It's actually a statue of King George V. Not sure where, though.

So, it looks to be a Statue of George V at the King's Hall, Old Parliament House, Canberra, Australia.
