That would make CA sales tax easier on me.soupysound wrote:if i had to put money on it, i'd wager that it will go up for sale at a price of $75 and an edition of 900.

I bet that LF will look amazing, I'm seriously tempted but the likelihood of framing it would be pretty low. Storage of LF's is a huge PITA too if you don't have a giant flat file.
I'm not someone else.
Holding out for welcome visitor. I agree about size and storage. I wouldn't frame this oneGoBluePanic wrote:I bet that LF will look amazing, I'm seriously tempted but the likelihood of framing it would be pretty low. Storage of LF's is a huge PITA too if you don't have a giant flat file.

Yes it would be sweet to get a LF Welcome Visitor - a vastly stronger image. Although I’m not sure I’d pay and frame that over the smaller diptych.jjttdw wrote:Holding out for welcome visitor. A large format "wrong path" would be great. I would frame that , but what a huge frame !
I keep thinking the ideal Power girl is gonna sneeze with the point of paper touching her nose :
What is really the market for these big prints , what will ideal power ultimately sell for.... 1600?

Market depends on the image. I don't see the one dropping Tuesday selling for much more than the drop price...certainly not 1600 in the near termArterre wrote:A large format "wrong path" would be great. I would frame that , but what a huge frame !

If he bumped up the edition side to 200 and significantly cut the price on the LF’s I feel they’d be more desirable. If I were going to pay $900 for a Fairey at source I’d rather triple that and get a HPM.
And that right there is the reason this won’t flip above 2k, people know they can acquire a hpm at 3-5k. This will resell for 1500-1800.jchockey35 wrote:If he bumped up the edition side to 200 and significantly cut the price on the LF’s I feel they’d be more desirable. Personally wish the edition was 150-200 and the price was <= $500.
