They seriously need to can whoever is running the webstore. They've had so many dumb issues with drops the last couple of years. Get it together.

did you all get this too?

To my fans and collectors,

I’m in a unique and incredible position where I have a lot of people who collect my prints. You all support me and count on me to continue to create work that you deem powerful enough to collect, to frame, to display, to gift, to purchase, and I do not take that lightly.

While my audience has grown tremendously over the years, aspects of my business, my team and the infrastructure has had to catch up to accommodate. Within all of that, mistakes happened.

I don’t raise my prices to take advantage of what the market will bear because it’s imperative to me that my art is accessibly priced for all. I understand that the technology behind our online sales has made e-sales challenging and my team and I are continually working to update this. In that process, we have made mistakes.

We identified bot activity in the original Rose Shackle Stencil letterpress release, and therefore orders were refunded. We determined that we would release the small amount available from those refunds to real customers again. Inventory was low and very few people were able to purchase the prints. At this point in the process, the inventory available was erroneous on our end, and therefore returns were issued. Regrettably, these things happen. I understand the frustration; it’s a mutual frustration on my side and I will continue to work hard to create new art and sell it at prices that I believe are fair. Efforts will also continue to improve our system. I ask that you please be patient with us and realize that we are all humans. We are working hard to accommodate you all the best we can.

Thank you for your support,
Shepard

So they didn't have many for sale. Makes my failure a little bit easier to digest.

I don't get how they keep having inventory issues with Shopify.

Hopefully they get it figured out soon.

Shipping notification.

Speaking of, I must have gotten 10 separate emails about shipping for the 2 bad reputation prints. Annoying.
