It is legal in Washington DC, but not to sell. So I buy stickers at ridiculously high prices and get free gifts of herb, edibles, extracts, etc. Incredible quality and consistency like a CO dispensary.

I know what you meant, my point was I won't get arrested and the quality is on par with what I have seen in legal states, that's all.
