Got my butt sniffin' Kangaroo back from the framer too. Thanks to the Optium, my butt is still sore from the framing bill.

Unfortunately, the others are gone. It's just this big guy and the other two small ones from a couple pages ago. I've been "upgrading" with size and/or medium on the larger piece in my collection as time goes on.

Another Wittfooth that I purchased earlier this year, never got around to post it. From the Dawn series.

Thanks guys .

Unfortunately no, the piece is massive and simply don't have a wall to hang it on.

I had been on a self imposed buying moratorium - way too many originals and too little wall space - but I guess that is now over. I bought the Castillo piece last week, and yesterday I simply couldn't pass up acquiring another painting by Shawn Huckins. He has an upcoming solo show at Foster White Gallery in Seattle, and when I saw the preview list, I was immediately drawn to a piece titled Edgar Allan Poe, Sarcasm Noted. It is a 16x20 acrylic on canvas, and for those not familiar with Shawn's work, everything you see is original, and he paints both the image and the letters and symbols at the same time. With my collection, I have tried to avoid having too many pieces by a single artist, preferring an eclectic mix of both artists and styles. But in Shawn's case, I am happy to make an exception, as this will be the fourth original by him that I have acquired.
