POW. Another clue to it being a banksy. Obviously.fredo wrote:What I like most is the lettering. POW Camp Drip is an iconic font.

If you initially google the image it is all about Banksy and people selling cheap knock offs but if you dig you find more.gorkie wrote:Please share with us what you are reading that says it is a Banksy. Then like the article you found is not sure who to give credit through...

"After digging through search engine results that credited Banksy, a quasi-anonymous graffiti “bomber,” I discovered the breathtaking image was actually the work of Mr. Brainwash. Now some people on the art circuit believe these men are one and the same, either way, I love this piece!"
It'a not a banksy and they are not the same person at all...chevyav53 wrote:A lot of what I read is that it is a Banksy.... further fuels the fire they are one in the same.

Always trust an article citing "after digging through search engine results."

Honestly, there's no uncertainty. Just a good marketing push by MBW's team rolling into the first LA show and the associated hype. Just add the interwebz forum chatter and there's your appearance of uncertainty where's there's absolutely none.

So tired of the MBW is Banksy argument.gorkie wrote:Please share with us what you are reading that says it is a Banksy. Thanks.chevyav53 wrote:A lot of what I read is that it is a Banksy.... further fuels the fire they are one in the same.
So Banksy pays MBW to go to court over copyright infringement and had him register liferemotecontrol.com in 2006, two years before Exit Through The Gift Shop. Why is it so hard for some people to accept that sometimes crazy fudge happens?

I'd like to think that Banksy is less of a hack than MBW and would never put out some of the terrible images MBW released.

Never got an email but they're up! Probably his best print other than Legend.
