has anyone on here received this from Amazon yet? i'm still showing an estimated arrival of September 26-October 17.

now i don't know if that means they're expecting to have the book to ship by then, or if thats the time frame mine is scheduled to actually ship.

crazy i pre-ordered this on April 9 and still haven't gotten it.

Emek told me a few months back that the book will be coming out in about a year. Take that FWIW... :?
