I looked for a bit and didn't see a topic on etched wood, sorry if I missed it.

I have a wonderful End of the Road by Nicolas Delort that I'm looking to frame up myself. It's laser etched on Birch. Are there any concerns I should have about not putting glass up? I was thinking of getting a deep frame and floating it without glass, but I know with prints there are UV issues, the humidity to consider, and dust.

Any advice is appreciated!

As a picture framer I would recommend glass on just about everything. Beyond UV damage it protects the art from the elements, smoke, and random tennis ball ricochets (2 border collies in my house).
