Very nicely done. Please post the pics of what Doug does for framing.

Wondering if all funds collected and gifts given, any update?

I finally landed that print thanks to a longtime and respected member on EB (you can reveal yourself if you want). Now that I have the print this is where you come in. My cost was $270 shipped.
???

Let me summarize. Statik knew Doug at FD loved the fox print and asked 1Xrun how much for the two they had telling them it was for a gift. 1xRun said 600$ for damaged and 1000$ for undamaged. Statik then found an excellent EBer who sold the print for 270$. Statik started this thread for those who wished to contribute. Money now collected and print to be sent with greeting from all those who contributed. I would imagine that the next message will be the print is delivered to Doug.

Correct, almost. 1XRun emailed me back after I already settled with a member on here. I was just going by eb and eBay sales for a fair price. No idea where 1R
came up with those numbers but their archive sale is pretty inflated too.

I will be gifting everything to him in person on March 17th. I would do it sooner but my partner is out of town for work the next two weekends. I always go on Saturday. The appointment is made though. Hopefully Doug will let me video the whole thing, I'm certainly gonna try.

The tube is here now too. Gonna inspect it soon as I get some coffee in me but outside looks intact. Still need to make the card too. Fun stuff. I'll take a photo here in a bit. :)

I didn't want to wait any longer, so I killed and dissected an actual fox. Just need to put it in a box and put a nice red bow on it. Am I doing this right? :D

Oh dang I log into EB Forums for the first time in a couple weeks and missed out on this. Four of my prints have been framed by Doug. Of course, there's plenty more to be done in the future. Don't know if he browses here, but I actually saw him at my workplace a few months ago. It was surreal. I pull into the parking lot and I see his vehicle (you know which one). My mind's going, "Wait is this the same car as Doug's? It has to be." I walk into the pizza shop and there he is.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next in this thread.

Looks great thanks stat! Bulk, did you dry out the fox to release all blood and fluids? If not we can just say it is hand finished.
