Plus Jiro is Joao's original vision for the piece. The Taro expansion was done later.
So it goes...

Well, a good pal of mine got Robo, but sold it to me because he's a good dude! Stoked on him. Talking to Doug now at FD!

Always nice to see the wide array of tastes in here.

suppose these are as good as any other five I picked up. Hugs would be in there if flat.
Wanda: I can't stand people. I hate them. Do you hate them?
Henry: No, but I seem to feel better when they're not around.

Pardon all the typing, just scroll on. I'm all about having art on display. Our walls are fullllll of prints and I have very few serious ISO's (plus a modest budget), so smaller original pieces mean the most to me. In no particular order:

Image
Daniel Danger- Spirit Board clayboard
Took almost a year to get but worth the wait. Didn't really think I'd ever have a chance at a clayboard, and this one is eerily perfect for me but that's a longer story.

Image
Vanessa Foley- Silver Spotted Skipper
My second piece of hers (was able to snag a bee last year). Although they're small it feels like a miracle that I was able to get them.

Image
Jacob van Loon- Ashen Light
I have a large Lead Shot Star commission in the works but it didn't make it for this year's list. I think JVL is my favorite artist working and I highly recommend throwing all your money at him.

Image
100% Soft- Good Morning, Mr. Breakfast
This has been one of my top ISO's for years- never thought I'd be able to shake it loose. Yeah, I know it's silly, but I'm a ridiculous person. An equally silly frame job.

Image
Shelby Rothenhöfer- Banana Peel
Haven't added to the DB- enamel on wood panel. My bud Sam Smith (artist not singer) curated a Mario Kart art show here in Nashville. This was too funny to pass up.

Honorable mentions:
Banksy- Soup Can
Ken Taylor- Gremlins
Olly Moss- Trouble With Tribbles (damaged due to poor packing, ended up costing $15, looks fine enough on the wall)
Shepard Fairey- Wrong Path (not so much for the print but for the glorious social media fudgeshow)

Thanks for a fun year!

Solid year, Archibald; and great commentary too.
