Vice Principals HBO Art
Talked to Erik and HBO and it looks like this isn't happening unless McBride himself pushes for it. I was hoping they'd let Bottleneck or some gallery release it but oh well. It's really dumb for HBO not to release one as it's pretty much free money but I guess they want all the bootleggers from Redbubble, ebay, Etsy, etc to make money off Erik's art and their property. I'll have to find someone who can scan my bus poster, bring it down to a 24x36, make me a print,and then send Erik some money for it

Yeah free money as all they have to do is ok it. A 100-200 run print at Mondo or Bottleneck should easily sell out. Brought it up in a commission club on Facebook and over 100 are interested so it's a little more than 3. I'll still get the print made for myself and send Erik some money so I'm not too worried about. It would be a lot easier for HBO to release though and would give more people a chance to own a great poster for a great show.

HBO sends these out to tv stations and cable networks all over the USA. Just check Ebay. Sure it isn't a SCREEN PRINT but they do make posters for their shows every season.
