They definitely are from the 80s. And they definitely represent the agenda of Soviets in the 80s. I would grab them myself if I had a chance. This book is a terrific resource. It does not provide values, but it's a great overview of the history of Soviet film posters. It's a Taschen, so it's nicely printed, too.
