I thought this might be a cool thread to start. Doesn't have to be a "new" artist, but an artist who's work you came across for the first time and wanted to share. If something like this already exists I guess it can be deleted.

I was looking through upcoming exhibits at Jonathon LeVine Projects and came across Victor Castillo who has a new show opening on April 1st. Checked out his website https://victor-castillo.com/contents.html and am blown away with his work. Just awesome stuff and style all around.

Not really new, as I've been following for a while, but Davor Gromilovic, based out of Serbia:

Fits the bill of what I like, which is typically surreal, bizarre illustration.

Pretty sure IK just changed their name to Davor to play mind games with alittle. I dig it though. Like a Saner + Blu + Phlegm + IK lovechild.

Pretty sure that drawing was inspired by EB.
