Made all my money back + some, kept the prints I want, and still have creditz left to burn. All in all, I think I was one of the few to make out despite the shitshow.

Forgot all about the August promise. Also I'm sure Amityville wood version will be out soon (just 2 years to the 40th anniversary).
So many random excuses/promises.
that's interesting - that's one I don't have, but from what I saw online/gifs looked like his best print in a while - seemed to have a lot going on.EgoDeath wrote:I was really disappointed when I unrolled Scissorhands. After a couple weeks of it being framed on my mantle - I had to take it down. Something bothered me about the empty space and scale, and the entire arrangement of the piece.hunterjax wrote:anyone else think most of Dureiux's recent prints just look like a 1/3 of a poster with a lot cross-hatching taking up the rest of the space. I mean, I appreciate a sparse poster sometimes and the thoughtful use of negative space, but his last few just seem lazy.
Looked great online though.

what were the big posters from his sub that got your money back? I missed this whole thing when it happened, but looking at OCE's site doesn't look like there was anything that sought after besides (maybe?) the Trick r'Treat?63schoeffling wrote:Made all my money back + some, kept the prints I want, and still have creditz left to burn. Just curious . . . this story always fascinates me.

Pretty sure I broke it down before, but damnit at this point it's been probably 2 years, ha. I may be off by a few dollars on some, but:hunterjax wrote:what were the big posters from his sub that got your money back? Gabz PR reg/var - close to $400
Slater PR foil - $150ish
Erwin PR - $70ish
NE PR set - $120ish
Fosdike PF set - $120ish
Lone Nimh - $125
NE School of Rock set - $115
Fargo set - $75ish
Gabz TR set - $200ish
Fosdike Trick r Treat set - $225ish
Then all the Godfather ones I still have (sold the woods). I think that's about it... technically still have a bunch of credits left and some prints I've hung onto so I made out just fine.I feel like most were not as lucky.

Email goes out saying sub holders but no sub holder information on how to redeem... are the credits now worthless.
I'm in Canada and it costs more to ship everywhere, so get over it.
