Have you sent yours in or do you send it in when the replacements come out?
I touched base with BAIT Customer Support back in early April right after they landed and returned the damaged set immediately. They sent me a UPS return shipping label so it was simple simple.

Pretty much a 12-month turnaround since the og order date. Kinda like 3A if you've ever stepped into that pool of pondering & waiting...

Figured this was going to be the case as pre-orders for toys have been a nightmare in the past, but this one takes the cake. Just got my shipping notice too. Excited to see if they're decent quality. Just hoping they didn't rush these to get them out before the next Complexcon next month to.

Finally got mine in today...anyone who slept on these is gonna be sorry. I have a pretty decent KAWS collection but I'm way more impressed with this BAIT figure in person than I am with any KAWS toy that I own. These are like 3d paintings.

My wife watched as I unboxed it...only knowing I got in new art.
She saw the Murakami box and thought that was the art.

This thing is first class.
Worth the wait.

I agree with everything you said with one exception, I put the kaws boba fett above this... other than that, it’s an insanely awesome piece.
