finneganm wrote:Maybe you could get those creative juices flowing, make your own poster that truly captures the majesty and beauty that you feel when you spend time in the park. Rafting and hiking through it, like the god fearing trailblazers of old. Maybe write some just outright drymounting horrible poetry about it too. Or you could continue posting here, blowing all our minds with your keen masturbatory insights. Or you could just drymount right off. It's a free country.
Both still true.

Finnegan and the other dude are just boring. Plus, I suspect the 59parks owner is sending them pretty hefty discount coupons for hemorrhoid cream. lol 4 life
Anyways, here are examples of great art styles for the posters. I know the 59 parks guy doesn't value criticism unless it comes with my SIN number and bank account details, presumably so he can ID and liquidate me later. However, he would do well do look at these examples and compare it to the trash he's been peddling lately. The Bart Simpson clouds and the buffalo with attitude look juvenile.
Side note: I noticed the large timed edition of the Wrangell poster is sold out. Are we being taken for fools--how many of those posters were purchased by the idiot who did the drawing here? The guy whose great great grandfather tamed the land with his bare hands for us.

I know you're banned now, so you won't ever see this, or care, but the literal definition of a timed edition is that it will eventually be sold out after a set amount of time.

Was this guy a disgruntled artist that didn't get picked to do a poster for the series?

Maybe the parks themselves suck. Did you ever consider that?
