I read this whole thing and am a bit confused. Sooooo. The dude is a fraud because he is basically a rich kid who is not actually an artist but passes off someone else's work as his own (seems like it was done with permission). That gig is up, but he still maintains the Alec Monopoly persona to some degree of success.
