Gotchya. I don't associate the color red with that movie. I think Martin just likes to use red a lot.

#overpricedforatimededition

Cool design though (though the titles look bare).

I like that the variant has just a little more color, but I think I prefer the contrast the silver in the reg provides.

Does the var have a ton of metallics and maybe the reg doesn't?

The gold is metallic on the variant. It is subtle and looks really, really nice. Not sure about metallic ink on the reg but I am sure it will look good as well.

It is a bit overpriced for a timed edition and the shipping time is sort of ridiculous, but I got one anyway - best piece I have seen from Ansin in a while. Just very much reminds of his older stuff. And I love Rogue One and haven't been impressed by any of the other posters for it yet. (and I always prefer a cooler color palette, so the silver works for me better than the MC gold version)

How the F are they that backed up? They should offer a free DVD rental code when it shows up in time for home release of the movie :D

Not sure how Mondo is producing more posters this year but prices have been rising. I would have expected that economies of scale would apply. Even more so for timed editions that typically reach 1000.
Looking for Marvel Mitchell prints. PM me if you have any for sale

Depends on the product/license, I'd probably suggest that if SW stuff in particular has gone up, that may have more to do with the licensing trying to tilt it in favor of the studios or other similar factors.
