Large edition, seasonal theme, anniversary hype, secondary market price established before open sale, and it being a companion print should make it interesting to see what the market settles at.hunterjax wrote: Now hoping with 650 of these out there (regs & variants) that the price will even out.

2 of the variants have already sold on eBay ($249.95 & $250). I expect the price will go up over the weekend. I missed out on the drop. Saw the tweet 16 seconds after it was posted and by the time I tried to cart the print, it was already gone. Like you, I'm hoping they come back down to earth soon but eBay's already flooded with them.hunterjax wrote:carted the Edmiston, but got hung up on shipping and failed.
Went back and grabbed the PCC Variant (which I would have tracked down later anyway, so not all bad.)
Now hoping with 650 of these out there (regs & variants) that the price will even out. Already have the Shape Reg so I'm gonna have to suck it up and pay aftermarket at some point.

I missed out too. My page monitor didn't ding until it had already been a minute, so they were gone. I had just refreshed the page before too. Bad luck.
Overall, I'm not that disappointed. It does mean I'll have to pay a premium down the line, but I'm only getting it to pair with the other. So together it's still worth it.

I was thinking of holding off until after the holidays. With Christmas coming up, I could use the money now. The print's aren't going anywhere. I'll try to get my hands on them one of these days.jkw3000 wrote:Til January 2019, at least.

Sorry if I missed this info.
On the Edmiston Halloween Strode regular does that one have the look of the edmiston halloween Myers Variant?
And are they both of a run of 325? Finally are they signed? I'm seeing some say signed i'm assuming they got Jason to sign at where these sold.
Appreciate any info.
Thanks

I would assume most/all of the Laurie regulars that were sold at H40 are signed since he was at the booth, but I cannot confirm that. No idea about the variants today.
All you need to know to prognosticate the future value of the prints that dropped today is that I pb'ed at least one version of all of them. So, naturally, they will all be worth $1k+ in a year.
