Yeah that is a bit odd. Declined 2 offers of 2695 quid, and accepted one at 2400.
Prices have gone a bit crazy recently.

I was the £2,495.00 seller declined offer a few minutes before they accepted the buyers 2400.
It was the seller that offered £2,495.00 to me, I didn't have time to reply before it sold.

No I was trying to buy Meadow, not sell it!
It's the way it's written in the Ebay purchase history 'seller declined' 'buyer accepted'.
I meant that the seller offered it to me at 2495, I never bid 2495 but it show's up on the purchase history as if I had.
