As much as I enjoy Laurent's automobile concepts, I'd really like to see some of his motorcycles.

If a Route 66 poster tied in the Joad family's jalopy I could die happy.

An LD spruce goose (howard hughes) would end my life. Maybe its too similar to the US to Europe but i still think he could do it!

Another print maybe?

I heard there were going to be some letterpresses to come and that LD was a part of that. Looking forward to it!

Nah, sadly...really trying to hold off. It's a great deal, no question, but have to tighten the belt. Congrats to the sub holders!

I posted this a while back in the LD Appreciation thread:

I can't help but speculate on the modes of transportation and the corresponding locales. Here are some guesses:

Train - Alaska (or Colorado?)
Boat - Lake Champlain (I'm picturing dozens of sailboats)
Plane - North Carolina or St. Louis
Motorcycle - Arizona (Route 66)
Hot Air Balloon - Albuquerque (International Balloon Fest)
Car - Detroit or NYC (imagining 1940's or 50's city streets)

Other possibilities....
Cruise ship - Florida - Cape Canaveral
Zeppelin - New York City
Space Shuttle - Houston
Horse - Kentucky (derby)
Bus - St. Louis
Subway - NYC
Bicycle - Georgia (Maybe Savannah?)
