A few years ago I stopped collecting as much as I use to and started creating my own stuff. Of late I've been doing some LOTR inspired stuff, this guy is 42" sq

My first rather large scale original piece. (15x60) Pretty trivial, but it was a lot of fun to make. Please feel free to post any and all advice, praise, or criticism, it's all appreciated. I'm extremely new to this and have just been playing around for the most part. I mostly gift my work to friends and family, just to be more personal and creative.

Side note: the sheet I used to shield the floor actually turned out pretty cool too.

Just in case you don't get the parody element... (really?)

My son attends an elementary school that is house an old farm building. There is a 48 foot tall silo out front made from concrete that has begun to look rather drab over the years and they were looking for ideas to liven it up. Last week I painted this mural on it. I have some other images posted on my IG account: @gogiarts - there are 3 overlapping faces wrapped around the silo.

Thought I'd add my art to EB Art Member thread. I've been sketching my whole life, but got a bit more serious in the last few years. I'm a NYC teacher and love to draw in my free time. I actually opened an online store here: https://misch.bigcartel.com/
Here are some of the pieces:
