Been really quiet for this dude...anyone have anything?
pay via paypal, use credit card, file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.
Heads up, Secret Serpents added a bunch of sold out posters to their store, including Altamont Tour 2010, Sleepy Sun Brooklyn 2012, Tomahawk Amsterdam 2013, Melvins/Unsane 2012, Swans Los Angeles 2015 (blue version), etc. Some sold out already.
I got five that I've been desperately searching for...feel both happy and actually exhausted... it feels kind of suiting for me that this haul was launched in such close proximity to the demise of gigposters.com, Walsh was one of the artist I found over there who brought me into this world, and man, now I've assembled close to all of my favorite Walsh posters. Though I hope there's many more to come. And yeah, I totally agree that there's some very nice ones left...so jump at it people!fredo wrote:Whiffed on the two I (and everyone) wanted, but still some very nice ones left.
ps what's up with the unsigned/unnumbered editions?
Isn't pretty much all of his editions unsigned/unnumbered? Could it be because he outsources printing?

Thanks for the sig/# info. Appears at least one of the Swans LA was signed, not numbered?
I feel like we may have talked about this generally somewhere... do we know the run sizes?
Anyhow- these posters rule.

just a foil for me today, thanks
The only signed Swans LA I've seen was signed by the performer, other than that I only got three of my Walsh posters signed, and one was on the back.fredo wrote:Thanks for the sig/# info. Appears at least one of the Swans LA was signed, not numbered?

Yeah there's some comments about it in this thread, if I understand it correctly even Secret Serpents don't know about edition size if its not stated.

Most of his editions are around 50 (total) - that number includes show copies and the few that we end up selling.
