I hate these photo of the mural releases. If you are going to recreate the artwork do it right like Matt and Tristan did with Musashi. That piece is just stunning in person.

While I agree it's better to recreate a mural rather than just snap a photo and deal with windows, pipes and whatnot. I just got back from Hawaii yesterday and did my Pow Wow jaunt around town earlier in the week. Triston's mural was insanely beautiful in person. So complex and colorful. Looking back on at the print, the modifications that were done really took away the elements that made it so cool.

Interesting. I haven't seen the mural in person but I do own the print and absolutely love the black on black spot varnish. Which I think is one of the main differences.

Not sure if posted somewhere else but not a bad print, bit on the pricy side when you add international shipping onto it as well!

The last small edition metal prints were $600 at his Legacy show way back in 2015. The original painting of this print was also part of that show it was $9000.

Can't wait for his next show in Paris!

Oh man. I need that Mary Antoinette one. Probably an edition of 50-100 like the poster from his show at Subliminal Projects.

Damn! Want that Marie Antoinette. Guess I'll have to get up at the crack of dawn for the gallery drop on the other one.

not too crazy about the silver (which is what i assume will be online). the lettering gets lost in the image.
