It's not "ownership" if you don't get anything when the work is sold. This sound more like Pepsi points and you need 850 of 1000 total to get the painting. Not sure what the end goal unless someone wants to spend the money for the painting by buying up the "slices" from other people?

Between this junk and his Gemma NFT scam, Tristan has really become the king of convoluted bullshit releases. I miss when he'd put out a couple really great prints per year.

Just curious about the scam part? You bought an NFT and you had a chance to burn it for a physical print. Ppl got their physical print? The people who wanted to keep the NFT, kept the NFT.
I have nothing to do with that project btw. No clue if something else happened recently but the main idea of that project was executed. The print looked great. Goes for around $450-$500 on secondary. The NFT cost around $350 at the time in ETH. ETH is down but thats not his fault. Its actually still over mint price.

Ha! Not an actual scam, just bullshit. I would have loved to buy one of those prints and not to jump through the hoops of acquiring crypto, buying an NFT then exchanging it for a print. I know I can buy one of the prints now on the secondary but of course none of the ones I wanted have appeared for sale.acidburn wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 7:37 amJust curious about the scam part?
