To all buyers of outstanding Stan Lee signatures and artwork, we promise an email is coming your way to address those purchases. The gist of it is that all outstanding signatures will be automatically refunded this coming week. We will also be offering a 50% discount on any associated Stan Lee artwork that was purchased with the signature, if still desired, as well as an additional one-time-use 50% off coupon for anything in our portfolio of artwork to hopefully help make up for the long delay in responding to you about this.
We only ever intended the Stan Lee signature option to be a cool thing, something that we were fighting for until the end, but after promises to us were made and then broken several times, it became extremely hard to be able to respond accurately on exactly what was going to happen...though the many ups and downs of Stan's health this year, as well as the multiple changes within Stan's own team, definitely played a part.
We will forever be saddened that we were unable to fulfill 100% of these signatures for you, and that we have probably lost several of you as fans of our work...it upsets us daily...but we promise we'll take care of every single person and hope you understand the complicated situation we were in as we fought for this cool thing for you.
