Phlegm just shared his new incredible mural from Perth, Australia @ his official blog..

FWIW - this doesn't exist anymore. Went and built a high rise right next to it.

To be fair, all of the murals in that carpark have gone. It was extremely temporary given the carpark was always meant to be a high rise in the first place. Just, seemed odd that so many great artists had work there that's now gone. On the same building the Phlegm was, was a massive ROA mural of a snake eating itself. Gone too - a sign of an ever growing city that has no reason to grow.

Missed out on one of these last year and finally got a chance at another one. Up in the new place after a fresh coat of paint

Not typically huge on fabric wrapped mats, but that turned out quite nicely! Still one of my favourite images from him.

Without a doubt. Just another sign that my city doesn't have a forward thinking plan. They spent a truck load of money on the murals, and instead of putting them in a place that could last for longer than four years, they went elsewhere. Oh well. At least they existed at one stage.

The building Shep painted a mural on here, in like 2013, was torn down to build condos like 2 years later. :hanging:
