Anyone ever use a go fund me to get an artist to paint a mural?

No. In any case, an artist like Phlegm is not really motivated by money. For him, it is most likely a factor of time and whether it's a great wall/opportunity to showcase his work.

My comment had more to do with funding the project itself. I knew he was more into doing interesting walls, rather than the money. But there are still costs associated with it. Travel and boarding expenses. Lift equipment rentals. Paints etc.

I suppose when you're at Phlegm's level you can really pick and choose what you want to do as an artist, but I bet he wouldn't turn down a free ticket and a bag full of hundos

Not sayin' that painting murals is easy work, but what a great way to be able to travel the world, eh?

It's nice when one discipline effects another like that. It's been fun. @stjamesbiglocal also thanks to forest recycling project for donating the masonry paint. #phlegm #mural #walthamstow #streetart #flyingmachine
