No. In any case, an artist like Phlegm is not really motivated by money. For him, it is most likely a factor of time and whether it's a great wall/opportunity to showcase his work.
My comment had more to do with funding the project itself. I knew he was more into doing interesting walls, rather than the money. But there are still costs associated with it. I suppose when you're at Phlegm's level you can really pick and choose what you want to do as an artist, but I bet he wouldn't turn down a free ticket and a bag full of hundos
