I have noticed that i can't find a thread for the great man himself, surely not i thought!

So henceforth this shall be a place for all fans/lovers of JC's work, his amazing and detailed illustrations will no doubt leave you full of admiration and awe. (and hopefully we even get JC himself to make a visit!).

I know i first came across JC's work when i bought his Jurassic Park print which for me is still the benchmark for JP prints.
Then i came across his breathtaking LOTR prints which cemented my passion for his work, the three different prints each conveyed a different moment from each movie and my personal favourite is Gandalf and the Balrog....Amazing.

Please feel free to post about new releases, appreciation and general discussion about JC's work.

Nice one Deestar!

My first JC was fortress of solitude AP (landscape). took an absolute age to get it through as bought from the bay, and the seller did not have in hand. several weeks later it showed up. Man is it lovely. I also got myself a sideshow AP as well, as prefer the aspect. Bummed i missed the original drops of his art prints...

I loved his Dragonslayer print and it was one of the first images that brought me into this hobby (though like most people I was left pretty cold by the batcave print) and he seems to be one of the best "artists" operating in this field. Really look forward to his next release.

One of the best artists out there right now. I own Fortress of Solitude and Sinful, Windborne.

JCs best work to date is his Walden print series from the Required Reading show from 2011. This thing is like a painting. In fact all his art pieces are first rate -

Very much looking forward to seeing what the upcoming stuff will be - I am sure it will be excellent.

Can you take some photographs and add them to this thread please?
