At least it looks like its the worst for everyone at the same time. This time didnt panic and didnt click on random stuff looking for the product. As soon as it showed up, which took over a minute or so from showing available 2 on the site, it was a painless checkout.

This time I still panicked and clicked on random stuff looking for the product. Well forgot about this drop, wanted fox but guess it wasn't in the cards.
Just sent etsy a message because it seems this month's technical issues were worse than they have been. On my end, from what I was seeing, the stock was lasting longer than it has in awhile, so hearing that it was a brutal drop lets me know there is definitely something up on Etsy's end. Sorry about this. I'll see what they have to say. Someone has suggested it may be a bandwidth issue with Etsy not giving the shop enough to support the amount of traffic. I suggested this in the letter to them.

i do think theres an issue on etsy's side though. got the same issue with the previous release as well.

PEEK drops are too crazy nowadays They make me want to say Woof woof grr.
Okay, here is the response that I got from Etsy

When it comes to situations like this, where hundreds or thousands of buyers are attempting to purchase the same items, issues can occur. This isn't necessarily a bandwidth issue for your shop, it's more a combination of things.
For instance, multiple buyers trying to purchase the same item that is no longer in stock, the buyers internet connection and device used or app version. Older versions will not operate optimally, nor will outdated browsers or browser not supported by Etsy.
