I agree - I don't see anything wrong with that kind of drop. But I understand the saltiness. I'm not even in the group, knew/know nothing about it and I'm mildly salty about not getting one of these, ha.

Just adding it to the very long ISO list. Still can't decide if the variant or regular is the one - from pics I've seen hard to beat the colors on the reg.

Prior to the BR, the other Engs were sized and priced based on interest, but people actually committing to it with money didn't line up. So BR got approached differently. Hard to say there's a lot of profit (it's not for profit anyway) when the dude's got a bunch of leftover posters from previous stuff people asked for but didn't buy.

jmagee87 wrote:Like RA posted, prior to this commish in this group, not enough people were buying in on commissions, so David was having to buy a lot of the extras to make projects happen. So for this project, he set the run size ahead of time and did a drop instead. There's nearly 300 people in the group, and 140 total BR prints. So roughly half the people in the group didnt get a BR, which I dont see any issue with personally
There are also people who never bought any of the sub par prints before BR who got BR, and people who did buy sub par prints before BR to help David and didn't get a BR.

Something something limited paper, something something they'll all be worthless under the wave of BR 2049 posters with ZOM-Gos on them. #sodreamy #electricsheepdreamy

I just didn't buy it because I don't care for BR. It was so long ago these were announced I couldn't care less.

He's a weird one, Eng.

I've honestly never seen a commission of his until the print has already got into peoples hands.

Where as many other artists are fair more in the public eye.
