What's the realistic life span of the GID inks? I'm sure there is variance among the different manufacturers but is there a general time frame for one framed? 2 years? 5 years? Haven't seen any degradation?acidburn wrote:going to try and take some good pics of the glow. Once charged, its beautiful.

GID ink will fade over time, just like most any ink. It will slowly lose it's glow over time as it is exposed to uv light. It's an incredibly slow process from what I understand though. My KT Poltergeist didn't glow nearly as much as new gid prints I received, though that could also be due to difference in inks.
