Did some of the rejected ones get shipped by mistake? The one I just received is more comparable to that one than the one in the bottom image... :/bsharp wrote:Top is the first rejected printing, bottom is the 2nd attempt. The old one just turned into a mirror behind glass, too dark and the sheen of transparent inks didn't help any. New one functions differently on a separations level and is a bit richer and colorful and settles nicely behind glass. Once the existing orders go out I'll have additional copies for sale, and sorry but no you can't have an old one. I appreciate everyone's patience. For clarifications sake the darkness of the original printing was my own fault.
Tiny info about a Tiny Media Empire aka Daniel Danger thread
I think the lighting can really play tricks on this one.
The copy I received seems more like a mix of the two from above. At certain angles, you cannot really tell it has the "purple" layer tracing the house, resulting in it being very dark. Then, at others, you can easily make out the lining of the house.

agreed, mine even looks a bit more like the top than the bottom in most indoor lighting.

The original is very dark; especially, at the bottom. So dark that many of the details didn't show on the horses/carriage unless viewed at an angle. Looking straight-on the carriage and horses were, pretty much, a black silhouette. Same thing with some of the detail in the building...you can see details only showed when light hit from an angle. You can see them come through in the area of the building just above the 'Winchester' title.

I already have two other versions of this. Would I have known, I would pass on the previous two and get this one instead. I am not buying a third one though.jkw3000 wrote:http://danieldanger.storenvy.com/produc ... en-variant
