stupid question, if you buy a Bootleg CD from the PJ shop - does it come with digital download as well?

I don't really have use for the physical CD but if I get both at the price, I'll do it.

unless they changed in the last year or so, no. Just the CD.

You can buy just the digital download for about $10 a show.
