I've spent most of my life suffering from mental illness and addiction- dealing with the hurt and pain through, self destruction, art, writing and painting.
It's been 7 years since my last art show, in that time I experimented with expressing myself through film , television, music and broadcasting .
I've spent the last 2 and a half years in mental health facilities and healing myself - I know i was running from myself all these years, but i never knew what i was running to -
