Framing large prints without glass

I feel like the OP is a troll. He doesn't want to use glass on his frame, wants to laminate it or spray chemicals on top of the print for protection, and is considering drymounting his $600 print. Why are you guys even trying to convince him to properly protect the print when he has no regard for the value of his print?
