It sure is, but rotten wood and rusty nails don't scream 'archival'.
ZOMG it's ruined.

My homie just got his NOTLD/Bertmer print framed up from a local framer ( http://www.MainfraiM.com ) that does an amazing job, and I believe this may be their first Mondo job.

Rotted wood, rusty nails, and zombies!!!

wow that frame job is artwork itself. Beautifully done

As long as the print is properly fit with a barrier between it and the frame, I see no problem.

Great treatment, Bertmer.

I wanna say it was in the $350 - $400 range, but not for certain. My friend does have a mini que set up, so hard to say what price point he may be getting.

Although some factors were taken into consideration with the kind of frame up he was looking for, everybody is right. That print will more than likely NEVER leave it's frame. And if it does ever become an issue, Jeremy makes all of his frames so the art can be taken out and replaced if necessary .

I'm also going to have him do my Ken Taylor/Halloween once I get it, but I'll be looking for a bit more "archival" method for that one for sure. Thinking about using aluminum siding for that one, but still farming out ideas.

It also appears Jeremy has been getting a couple messages inquiring about cost and shipping since I postd pics... so again... his site is http://www.mainfraim.com for those interested.

I was lucky enough to win a contest by the talented Tom Bagshaw. Here are some pics of a 1/1 frame print of "dead wait" I received yesterday. Note: I am definitely not a photographer this thing looks 1000X better in person ;)

Even though this frame job will one-up the version I'm going to post next week, at least I'll be able to say mine was (significantly) cheaper... but not nearly as cool.

That's great!
Very simple yet classy.

Is the mat light grey? Or is it just your iPhone?
