Just got my "raccoons" framed up. Frame's actually a sort of steel blue-gray, just looks black in the pictures. I'm really impressed with the print:

Wait...you can also frame prints instead of stacking them in drawers?

Yeah, but it's not advised, because then you have to look at what you bought :P

Thank you very much for the kind words, really is nice of y'all!
Hahaha, naahhh... No blue balls, no real plan & certainly 'aint no richee! Been sitting on an out of control, endlessly expanding pile O shite for many, many a year, faarrr too long... Can be a tad lazy sometimes is all! Always have meant & wanted to start putting them out there in someway, seemed as good a time & place as any & only hoped some like minded folk might enjoy them.
Just a lowly framer whose only perk is being able to save & use every last bit of offcut & the like, here & there over the years. Always struggled to justify the moral dilemma of the inconceivable amount of materials that are unfortunately just thrown out. So, even though I'm breaking the cardinal rule of framing by doing things in reverse, I try real hard to use every possible bit of waste I can.
Some lovely stuff being put up, great to see...

Obvious a lot of thought & hard work went into those WSP & PJ posters, well done!

Digging those Tidwell pieces & love the raccoon poster, havn't seen that before, nice colour matching!

Goes without saying that the Millward is drymounting extraordinary, nice & simple frame job but clean & sharp... And a killer painting, you must be stoked!

Cheers Ashton, right back at ya mate, your work is bloody phenomenal!

Awww... Thanks deads, means a lot man ...sniff... I tolerate you!

Here ya go murdock, so sorry for the crappy snaps but I could only take quick pics on my phone of works in progress, before I start fitting them up. A few more for your viewing pleasure mate, can post the others too if you like...

Am in the throes of ploughing through a new batch of work as we speak, I'll do my best to take some better, more detailed shots & chuck 'em up just as soon as I can...
Also just dug out pics of a drymounting ton of old crap going back several years, so I'll start going through those as well...
Thanks again, keep the good fudge coming!

Ahhh, you're a framer! That explains A LOT! :P

Thanks for posting more pics. Seriously great craftsmanship! I actually like the Eryops best of them all. So fitting and "elevating" for that little print. Awesome job! Too bad you are located in the US...

Oh, and double cool, that most of these were "scrap works"... one wouldn't know!

Thanks man, you're too kind! Actually down here in Oz, 'aint no yankee bluejeans man! Yeah, Eryops came up real sweet, not sure why this beauty doesn't get much love 'round here, quite possibly my favourite of Aaron's work. Know that the helmeted birds are a fan favourite but for me, this lil' beastie leaves them in the dust. Just the perfect balance of whimsy & weirdness, really consider it his best, well, maybe after his Sunn/Boris pieces anyways... Or his...

Nothing special cause I'm on a budget, but here is what I did with my Cooper Back to the Future that I scored from the hookup thread (cell pics so they suck a bit):

And a close-up to show the border:
