Did you paint that moulding, or did it come that way? It's a great match if it was that color stock.

Beautiful stuff everyone!

Nothing like some of these, but I made the mistake of ordering the frame before the print was in hand...hence, the tiny awkward mat(te?)

Had Hellboy in different black frame, but found one of these (black with a red "worn" stripe") in my framing supplies area, so I swapped it out. I cut a really thin black mat to cover the glaring white border. I know the background of the print is actually closer to brown, but the mat color blends well with the frame and keeps the eye focused on the image, so I'm loving it. I have my Ansin Dracula reg in this same frame.

That Hellboy looks great in that frame. I was thinking of leaving some of the white border showing but after seeing this Im also covering it up.

Thanks! Trust me, I've had it in a frame with the white border showing basically since I got it, and it looks ten million times better with the border covered up. There's enough empty space (white and brown/black) before you get to the actual image that you can do what I did and put it in a standard 24x36 frame with a tiny mat. Saving money FTW!
