Great stuff! This thread almost makes me want to stop buying prints for a little bit, so I can get some stuff framed up...almost.

Your Jay Ryan collection would make anyone jealous. Maybe someday I'll have a kid just to justify another room to hang his stuff.
Do it buddy, what's the point in having art if it's not being seen.pencilfightchamp wrote:Great stuff! This thread almost makes me want to stop buying prints for a little bit, so I can get some stuff framed up...almost.

Yeah, I definitely plan to. I'm going to be doing a trial run at some DIY framing very soon which should offset some of the cost. I've just got to get the nerve up to jump in and do it.JAWilmesJr wrote:Do it buddy, what's the point in having art if it's not being seen.

I figured I shouldn't fill up the thread with tons of pictures -- I kind of have a lot of art on the walls. Pictures of my house are on pages 1 and 2.

Love this thread. Really interesting looking at how folks approach this hobby. May post some pictures of my humble space later on.

My humble abode done in a panoramic snap.
I only started collecting with any seriousness from last year (and discovering this site). All apart from two frames were done by a single framer. For many folks on here my frame choices might be quite dull, but with moving regularly and currently being restricted to the one room I'm always keen the pieces work together.
