I got this frame from ikea and painted it to match the print.

Suuuuuper stoked to finally have this. Bad quick pic, but has UV acrylic and spacers- everything from Frame Destination for like $40. I'm in the middle of reorganizing the walls, and this is getting a prime spot.

They look great! My plan is for the Fat birds to be kitchen birds over an archway in similar fashion. I like the frames you used. Are the big box store frames that I can pick up locally?

Thanks! They're just reclaimed wood off the shelf frames from hobby lobby. Looks like they're pretty popular for fat birds in particular. Backing and glazing are complete garbage though, I'd suggest you replace them with safer materials.

I got a bulk deal from my framer because of the sheer number of portraits I had done.
When it came to Ant-Man, I found a wallet-sized photo frame online that was in a similar style, and just ordered that. I think it was $8 on amazon.

But I think your idea about playing with a bigger frame around it could could be super rad. You could have so much fun with mats! Maybe do color blocks of red or blue to make it look like he's shrinking. Like in the comic. So Light red to dark red. Or all blues.

Wow, that looks so great! I really love that you painted it yourself. You totally crushed it.

Thanks! I'm so sad cause it fell off the wall and broke. Print is fine. but frame died. Can't seem to find a new one but I have to go to Ikea which is kind of a pain in the butt.

Re-doing my daughter's room and put up the first of a few Mitchells going up. This will be flanked by the Rey and Bossk portraits.
