I saw someone post this print on the new acquisitions thread so I had to add it to my collection as well. Love this print. Just ordered one and requested a little Blackhawks/Stanley Cup flair to be added.

Long time, no posts! Here are a few framed keys, although not of the Josh Keyes kind you may be disappointed to see...

Finished framing them today. They are held in place with thread on an off-white mount. The windowmount is a double, the top layer being the same off-white as the background, but it is a 2200micron thickness giving it a really cool deep beveled edge. The 3mm reveal is a dark grey colour to complement the keys. It has Larson Juhl "Clarity" glass in the frame due to its anti-reflective and colourless properties. The moulding is also Larson Juhl, from the Dresden range of mouldings

I like it, wish it was mine

Got this finished recently, thought I'd share since it's a bit different than I've seen others go with.

Avoided a mat to keep the cost down a bit and keep it simple. Thought it might look more like a certificate might have been framed, but not sure I was right about that. That savings helped with getting a better solid hardwood molding.

A little weekend project I just finished. It's also the first time I've cut 2 large mats myself so they are a tad bit rough (cutting a reverse bevel is a bitch):

Materials all from Frame Destination except for the Museum glass which is from Hobby Lobby.

A few I got framed recently

I matted over the white border, it looked too distracting IMO. The molding has silver on it, so it makes the metallics really pop.
