im afraid the cost of shipping a Keyes Stampede is going to be too expensive to ship flat at 48 X 22jjbehren wrote:That would be like giving your living room a fresh coat of paint and then handing my 18-month-old daughter a permanent marker and letting her loose in there. Anyone ever have a bad experience with PM before ? I'm in a pickle, but I don't want to jump to conclusions before I get an answer from them first.

Can anyone give me a guesstimate as to how much PM might charge to fix something like this? This is the worst section. There are one or two more smaller dents on the left edge as well. Thought I'd pick your brains first before contacting PM.

Seems $75 is the going rate to flatten things and get these looking pristine again. Plus shipping which runs about $40 back to you.

OK, my guess was $70-ish as well for the 24" x 36" prints. Thanks!PLUSH wrote: Seems $75 is the going rate to flatten things and get these looking pristine again. Plus shipping which runs about $40 back to you.
But you are in LA and you may just drop off and pick up flat from the shop since they are in LA.bulkhead72 wrote:OK, my guess was $70-ish as well for the 24" x 36" prints. Well, apparently, when you get a silkscreen flattened to get creases out, the poster has to stay flat for the rest of its "life". Rolling it after the process will make the creases reappear, because the creases are only hidden when the poster is flat, and not fixed per se. You learn something everyday.
