This is how I roll...er unroll. It's my new invention - I call it "InstaFlat v1.0" !!!
But seriously, I did a lot of research to find the right material to use for this and it works like a charm. I've been using it for months. No more soup cans, dvd cases, glass jars holding down the corners of my prints. No more prints snapping back creating scuffs and corner dings. enjoy

Bad name...InstaFlat implies "instantly flat" which it does not do. But it does really make unrolling and flattening prints easy. It has a nice weight to it so it really helps the flattening process. I can lay heavy books on it without fear of leaving a mark because the print is totally covered. Don't know if it's acid free but it's not for long term storage and can't be any worse than kraft paper.
The video is kind of a goof...I was going to do a whole infomercial thing to be funny but I've never done a video before and I ran out of steam. Just wanted to share my idea is all. It's been working well.
If anyone wants to try it let me know because I have some 24x36" sheets like in the video I could sell for $35+SH. I can make larger ones if needed. (Acrylic weights not included...but you could use anything once your print is covered.)
...it's not cheap stuff but worth it.

If he told you, he'd have to kill you.
Looks pretty good. I can dig it.

I'm all sold out for now but may buy another roll to have some extra sheets? I don't really want to be in the biz of selling rubbers.
If you can get your hands on some food grade silicone sheeting it works awesome!!! I haven't unrolled a single print in a over a year without it.

If a tube comes with multiple prints in it, will this work? Or does it start to fail as more rolled up prints are part of the mix?
I always defer to someone who's wearing a beater, regardless of what else he's wearing.
