Foam Board 30x40
Jerry's and asw have 5-packs that you can get for around $20 on sale. If you need any other supplies you can qualify for free shipping and 15-20% off as long as you spend above the minimum $ amount. Example: http://www.jerrysartarama.com/discount- ... acking.htm

Good thread, I am researching this size as well for a poster to store till I can get her framed. Thanks for the info people.
Foam-board is manufactured in regular and acid free. Bainbridge also makes ArtCare foam board that is treated with patented process that allows it to actively absorb acidic compounds coming into the package. Technically I am not sure if the foam itself is actually acid free but the foam is coated with some sort of material so you have a good surface to mount your image to and that surface is in contact with your print so it should be acid free.legit3 wrote:I am concerned with that too, i need them to be acid free...but it doesn't say on the web sites.
I will put the prints inside the Protective Crystal Clear Bags too..is it matter if the foam board is not acid free?
Cheers,
Mark

I am a noob at the poster thing, so I apologize in advance.
The (cheap) route that I am going for now is getting some portfolio refill pages and putting my posters (phish) in there. Does the backing go inside the sleeve, or do i secure the foam board to the outside back of the sleeve.
Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
