Irma Prep Help

What's up everyone. I might be getting hit hard by this hurricane. I need some help/advice. I have my entire collection currently between two pieces of foam board layered in tissue paper and kraft paper. There's a chance (probably very good) that I'll have to evacuate. I have tubes. Is my best bet just rolling everything up (could use some help/youtube vids on how to roll without damaging anything) into tubes? I could also wrap the tubes in saran wrap I guess?

Any and all help really appreciated.

Do you have binder clips pinching off your foam core sandwich? Often I've safely transported up to twenty-five prints in a foam core sandwich. But be sure to add plenty of clips to the four sides, and slip a clear plastic bag over the sandwich and, even better, double bag it and tape the ends.

I have a few framed. Nothing fancy though. The joys of getting into the hobby when you're in college/living at home is saving it all and planning the framing for when you have your own place.

Trust me I plan on sending my Sperry Black Sabbath to Furthur as soon as I have my own place.

Yeah. Currently it's all clipped together and in a bag

i moved an absurd amount of art up from Key Largo to Miami today. Many originals and priceless pieces from a 100 year old family estate there. Tomorrow I begin packing up my substantial art collection here in Miami. At least 100 pieces on the wall, some large sculptures, and 500 flat. weeeeeeeeee. :hanging:

Good luck and be safe! Hopefully the tracks showing it moving east remain right and the eye stays out in the water.
