Good storage/viewing portfolio for 11x14 posters?

I recently bought a number of 11x14 posters, and want to get a book-like portfolio to store them in. I want something that would not only protect them, but which would also provide an optimal viewing experience. I want to be able to easily page through it like a book, and get a beautiful, clear view of each poster, almost as if each one was a page in a book of artwork.
So far, I'm leaning toward getting the Itoya Profolio Advantage Art Presentation Book, which apparently has insets made of an ultra-clear material called "PolyGlass". But I thought that the knowledgeable folks here would be likely to know both whether that's a good option, and whether there are better ones. One thing to keep in mind is that I'm on a budget, so while I want something high-quality, it also needs to be fairly affordable.
Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?
